Speedy deployment of prototypes and test series
It is understandable that sometimes businesses are in a hurry to create a prototype of new product slated for release. Likewise, many companies are eager to carry out test runs or product screenings to ascertain the best raw material. This is why we make it a point to provide responsive service, even for the production of individual pieces. As a smaller company, we have the means to answer customer needs in a quick and flexible manner.

Dedicated mould designers and a mould servicing unit
Plasthill Ltd has years of experience as a contracted supplier of batch production products, in which the design and mould are supplied by the customer. Increasingly often, we are also commissioned to provide comprehensive turnkey solutions, where our own trusted designers and production personnel participate as partners with our customer in the product design, raw material choices, mould construction, generation of prototype and product screening. Since 2006 our company also has also provided an important added value service to our customers: our mould servicing unit. Mould repair, construction and maintenance add an essential component to our smooth customer service.

The story behind... our quality thinking
"During our first years of operation, we won a tender competition for the production of a product component for a major corporation. Suddenly one of their quality inspectors showed up and surprised us with a full inspection of our operational procedures, etc. We had no quality management systems in place then and so we were very apprehensive to ask the auditor about our performance when he was finished. His answer was assuring, ‘You received a near perfect score. Even though you don't have a quality assurance plan on paper, your quality standards are in excellent shape'."
